The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 9 May 2016 at 7.30pm in St Mary’s Parish Rooms, Bloxham, to transact the business set out in the Agenda below, and you are summoned to attend.

District Councillors have been invited to attend and Councillor Kieron Mallon has been invited as County Councillor.

iv)         Bloxham Neighbourhood Development Plan (BNDP) – To note that the BNDP is now with the Examiner.

v)          Flooding/Water & Drainage Issues in Bloxham – To discuss the recent flooding and the water/drainage issues in Bloxham and receive reports from Thames Water, Oxfordshire County Council and Bloxham resident Brian Smith, on these matters.
